Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Celorly. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
Celorly is a service provided by Jerzy Kurgan, a sole trader operating under the Celorly brand, registered in Poland (NIP 872-219-93-92), at ul. Niedźwiedzia 29B, 02-737 Warszawa, Poland. You can reach us at hello@celorly.com.
Your account
You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter into a contract in your country.
Plans & billing
- Celorly is free for solo use, with full functionality and no time limit.
- Inviting teammates requires a paid Team plan ($49/month or $499/year for up to 49 people). Fees are billed in advance and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable.
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on team plans. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Celorly to break the law or infringe others' rights;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service;
- upload malicious code or abuse the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of the goals and data you put into Celorly. You grant us only the permissions we need to operate the service for you. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We work hard to keep Celorly available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is". We may change, suspend, or discontinue features over time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Celorly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using Celorly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, you keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes will be resolved by the courts competent under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms as Celorly evolves. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, give you notice.
