For the whole team. Each plan is a flat monthly price covering everyone in your workspace, so adding the colleague who only wants to watch progress costs nothing extra. Per-seat pricing quietly discourages putting the whole team in one place, which defeats the point of shared goals.

Everyone with an account in the workspace, including you, plus any invitation you've sent that hasn't been accepted yet: the seat is held from the moment the invite goes out, so it can't be promised to two people at once. People you've only sketched onto the org chart, with no account and no pending invite, don't count. The bands are 10, 25 and 49 people, so a nine-person team plus its founder fits the $29 plan exactly.

Nothing changes on its own: we never move you to a different plan. Once every seat is taken the next invitation is blocked, and the workspace shows how many seats are in use, so you decide what to do next: free a seat, or pick a bigger band yourself in Company administration. Moving up applies straight away, with the difference charged pro rata. Moving down applies at the end of the period you've already paid for. You keep the seats you paid for until then. No. Solo use has no time limit and no feature gates: you get the whole tool for one person, indefinitely. Payment starts only when you invite someone, because a team is where the value shows up.

Solo use is free and needs no card. To go paid you pick a band in Company administration and finish on the secure checkout page of Creem, our payment provider: card details never touch our servers. The methods available to you are shown at checkout, since they vary by country.

Creem emails you a receipt after every payment, and it acts as merchant of record, so the document comes from Creem rather than from Celorly directly, which is also what keeps VAT handled correctly wherever you are. At checkout you can add your company name, billing address and VAT or tax ID, so the paperwork is issued to the business rather than to you personally. No. Prices exclude VAT, and the rate for your country is added at checkout where it applies. If you're a business in the EU with a valid VAT ID, enter it at checkout and reverse charge is applied.

You prepay ten months and get twelve, so the saving is the same two months in every band: $290, $990 or $1,990 a year. Monthly is the default if you'd rather not commit.
