Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Celorly ("Celorly", "we", "us") handles personal data when you use our website and application. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@celorly.com.

Who we are

The data controller is Jerzy Kurgan, a sole trader operating under the Celorly brand, registered in Poland (NIP 872-219-93-92), at ul. Niedźwiedzia 29B, 02-737 Warszawa, Poland. For any privacy question, email hello@celorly.com.

What we collect

  • Account data: your name, email address, and profile photo (if you add one).
  • Workspace content: the goals, areas, cycles, team structure, and updates you create in Celorly.
  • Academy progress: if you take a course while signed in, which lessons you have finished, where you stopped, and anything you wrote in a lesson exercise. It is visible only to you, never to a workspace, and you can clear it at any time. The courses themselves are readable without an account, and reading them signed out records none of this.
  • Usage & technical data: basic logs and device information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use your data to provide and improve Celorly: to run your workspace, authenticate you, keep the service secure, respond to support requests, and (where you've agreed) send you product updates. We do not sell your personal data.

Where your data lives

Celorly runs on trusted infrastructure providers: see the list under “Sharing” below for who they are and what each one does. The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, within the European Union. Your workspace content is isolated per workspace and protected with row-level security.

Sharing

Content you create is visible to members of your workspace according to the visibility settings you choose. Beyond that, we share personal data only with the providers we need to run Celorly, and where the law requires it. Those providers process data on our behalf, under contract, and only for the purpose listed:

  • Supabase: database, authentication and file storage. Holds your account data and workspace content; the database is in Frankfurt, Germany.
  • Resend: transactional email. Receives your email address so we can send sign-in links and team invitations. Its sending region is set to the EU.
  • Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia): payments, acting as merchant of record. Receives the billing details you enter at checkout: your email address, name, billing country and, if you give one, your company VAT number. Your card details go straight to Creem and its payment processors. We never see or store your card number.
  • Vercel: hosting and content delivery for the website and the app.
  • Google (Google Ireland Limited): analytics for the public website, via Google Analytics 4. Loaded only if you allow analytics when asked, and never on the signed-in app. It receives which public pages you view, which site referred you, and technical details such as device, browser and approximate location. Decline, and it is not loaded at all.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising. No advertising or session-recording scripts run on Celorly at all, and no third-party script of any kind runs on the signed-in app. Analytics runs on the public website only, and only if you allow it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@celorly.com.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or workspace, we delete or anonymise the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.

Cookies

Two kinds, and unless you allow analytics only the first one exists:

  • Essential: these keep you signed in and operate the service. They need no consent, and switching them off would break signing in.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_NYNWWM6XQY, and only after you allow analytics on a public page. Decline and neither is ever set.

We don't use cookies to track you across other websites, and we run no advertising cookies at all. Your answer to the analytics question is remembered in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie, so declining leaves nothing behind on your device. You can change that answer at any time with Analytics choice at the foot of any page.

Changes

We may update this policy as Celorly evolves. We'll change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, let you know.
